How old do I have to be?
21 or older. Bring a valid government-issued photo ID. We check it before we hand over any order.
How do I pay for an online order?
You'll see the payment options when you place your order. Placing an order online reserves the items for you.
Is there a limit on how much I can buy?
Yes. Oregon sets daily purchase limits by product type, and we check your order against them at pickup. The current limits are listed on our home page.
Do you deliver?
No, we only offer pickup. Order ahead for in-store pickup and collect your order at 157 NW 15th St #1, Newport, OR.
Do you serve medical (OMMP) patients?
Our online menu is for recreational customers. If you're an OMMP patient, please call the store at (541) 272-5035.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Call the store at (541) 272-5035 before your order is packed and we'll help.
Can I use cannabis at the beach or in a park?
No. Oregon law doesn't allow cannabis use in public places, and that includes beaches and parks.
Can I take cannabis home to another state?
No. Cannabis bought in Oregon has to stay in Oregon. Taking it across state lines is illegal.
